New Division

Due to the increasing popularity of Cycling Simulator, I've recently launched a new division, making a total of 6 divisions.
The new division was put in between the former Division 4 and current Division 3. This means that the old Division 4 and 5 have changed names into Division 5 and 6, while the new division will be known as Division 4. This is the same pattern I'll be using for future divisions as well.
The new division already received a bunch of races, however, many more is coming, as it's not completed at all.
The new division should make it easier for the new teams to sign up for races, as there will now be less teams for more races.
