Stroopwafel had the race under control as Bangaluru Grand Prix (U23) was about to be terminated in a tough sprint. The supporting riders of Emesto Batto made the job easy for him, and he managed to claim the victory safely. He was hardly threatened by his competitors, Marcelino Manale, second, and Sjur Nymoen, third.
Stroopwafel's Emesto Batto didn't hide his joy when winning the Bangaluru Grand Prix (U23). It's incredible. I didn't expect this at all. I just wanted to try, I aimed for being 5th or 6th, but suddenly I was in the lead! said the happy winner.
Stroopwafel's manager, Menni, was satisfied after the result in Bangaluru Grand Prix (U23). Emesto Batto did very well today. Everything turned out as we planned it, and Emesto Batto had the power to win, said the manager.
