The 28-year-old beat out the likes of CCFC's Takaki Takeshi, Bywater CT's Domingo Astarloza and Team Whalers' Corwin Wyeth as well as his own teammate Fenton Sommers (who eventually finished 7th) on a highly technical course in Bavaria.
In total, Wallis won 10 races - all of them time trials - in his career and competed at two Volta ao Porto tours, his best result a third-placed finish at the ninth stage individual time trial in Season 16.
He also represented his country on seven occasions, memorably winning the CoN Washington City TT in Season 15.
Wallis' last professional race for Dodge came in Season 39.
