There he was an appreciated hill helper until BrokenChain now managing team Universal Soup was knocking on the door.
At first reluctant to join, the negotiations were started, but as it turned out it was nothing some cash couldn't fix. Now enjoying a nice house in central Vietnam he joined Universal Soup. He supported the captains and even had some chances to race for himself. Grabbing a win in GP de Valparaíso #24 in season 51 and 3 podiums in season 49. Which were also the highlights of his carreer.
After his cycling career he continued to work with BrokenChain to develop riders for team Universal Soup until he has made enough money to retire completely, still living in that beautiful house he negotiated at his transfer.
