Vlorë-Sarandë is an incredibly challenging and beautiful route through the hilly Albanian landscape. Along this route, riders will be treated to stunning views of the Adriatic Sea and its many bays and coves. The terrain is mainly made up of rolling hills and pastures with some wooded areas scattered throughout – a testament to Albania’s unique landscape. As you make your way down into Sarandë, you’ll be able to spot some of the ancient monuments that dot the area including Byllis Castle and Gjirokastra Castle among others. All in all, it’s an unforgettable journey through a truly breathtaking part of Europe!
