The starting line is set in front of the famous docks for what is considered to be one of main sport events in northern England.
The riders will start the competition having a quick tour inside the city of Beatles, to head then east deep into the English country.
The next big milestone is Manchester crossing, entering the city from the Irwell bank and saying hello to Manchester Cathedral.
Once outside the city centre the teams will have to start organize themselves to avoid breakaway specialists and hiller attacks if they want to bring their sprinters on the finish line, just in front of historical Elland Road.
Who will be the king in the north?
