Casa Vatoni is situated in the ‘toe of the Italian boot’ in the region Calabria. The landscape contains some hills, but they won’t be found in the time trial route. The route is flat and the only difficulty might be the wind which comes from the sea. Depending on the wind direction the wind will come from the Tyrrhenian Sea or the Ionian Sea and might be an important factor in this time trial. The roads around Casa Vatoni are well paved and it should suit the pure time trialists.
