  The third edition of the Giro di Sicilia is starting very soon. With many eager teams waiting to battle it out in this four stage tour. Some known teams with a lot of experience are trying to win another jersey in their big trophy cabinet and they meet with teams that are completely new and unknown within the OCM community. Maybe we will see a known team win every thing or we experience a new team emerge and beat all the big names.
  
   Darkwave Recordings
  
  With Luis Landim they have much experience in their team and Darkwave Recordings is a team with Top Division experience. Luis Landim is the best rider in the field and could be a contender for the General Classification. He just missed out on topform that could be a vital mistake manager Corum Jhaelen Irsei.
  
   Manisaspor
  
  Turkish team Manisaspor entered with a full Turkish squad. Sabri Rasim will be their sprinter but, they should be working for Erdal Ozkan. Too bad his form is very bad. Now Manisaspor has to put their faith in their old sprinter. Maybe he can win a stage.
  
   Carmelo Cicles Club
  
  They Urugayan squad of Carmelo Cicles Club is new to multi stage races. The will work for their sprinter Antao Salomao who wants to score points. Their best chance will be Japanese rider Nakashita Toshira, their time trial specialist. He could score a top nine in the first stage.
  
   Team Drop It
  
  Team Drop It will ride for Arvid Strand. Their sprinter is in great shape and we will see him in front when the stages end in a bunch sprint. He could win the second or third stage but he should really ride good to keep his good position in the last stage. That stage would probably be too much and will make him lose his good position.
  
   Team Arctic
  
  Fellow Norwegian Team Arctic is working for Trond Vagen. He is in topform and will be favourite of winning the second or third stage. In the end he will be happy with a top nine result in the General Classification. And another experience within the OCM calender.
  
   Quick step minded
  
  Fallen angerl Quick step minded is a former top team that is now scrapping up points in the lower divisions. With Baltasar Bulhoes they have a rider in topform

but, for how long. If he can manage to keep it in the complete stage this rider could be the winner of the Giro.
  
   Men of Steel
  
  From one fallen angel to another. Not Men of Steel but, Cadman Kantor, a top division sprinter is now riding for this English team. He will be keen to prove that he can still do it and we can note him down for a possible victory in a stage and perhaps the General Classification.
  
   TD rockets
  
  Newcomer TD rockets is working for Peter-Jan Van de Wal. This Belgian is great in the mountains and he will probably hope that he will get points in the last hill stage to Palermo. We believe this team is not suited for this race and try to surprise via a breakaway.
  
   Epinay cyclisme
  
  French Epinay cyclisme is another new name for many followers of tours. This French team is entering with Odilon Girardin, a very young and talented sprinter. This team should be warned for the vultures of Top Division that want to buy this rider for way too little. A favourite for the Youth Classification.
  
   Silver Giant
  
  Say Burundi and you say Silver Giant. They are entering with a special team and we believe they want to win stage four. Frederic Mukamurenzi should do that for them. He is good in the races with many hills so he has a decent chance. It will probably be too little to secure a nice General Classification.
  
   VC Montpellier
  
  Will VC Montpellier go for the English Slygh or the French Guilloux, as an English team with a French name he could do both. We believe they are aiming for stage four with Wayne Slygh and he could secure a nice General Classification with that stage if he does well.
  
   DCM
  
  The Swedes of DCM have their faith in Sammy Agren. A great sprinter that will probably go for a win in stage two and three. He could even get a top three result in the General Classification if he can hang on in the last stage. And maybe surprise us all with a victory in the tour.
  
   Jet Black
  
  Jet Black wants to win the first stage with either Tony Bella or Eugene Nadruku. If he does he might keep the jersey for a few stages. In the end he will lose it but, with

a win in stage one this team can be nothing more then content.
  
   WEST COLUMBIA
  
  The Czechs from WEST COLUMBIA have Felix Fencl, a great timetrial rider that could win the first stage and even keep the jersey from start to finish. Will he surprise everybody and do that or will he be satisfied with decent finishes and a top three on stage one.
  
   Super Velo
  
  Brooke Wilbur should do it for Super Velo. The young Enlgish sprinter is in great shape and should be able to win a stage or finish very close to the winner. With enough strength to go over the hills and be able to give a sprint in the end we could expect this rider in the top five at the end.
  
   Pomada
  
  Old timer Pomada is working for Yann Tranchant. A nice hill rider that could get a result in stage four. The team should really work for him and in the end he could end in the top nine. No real chance for a result in the stages but who knows.
  
   Los Belgicos
  
  The Belgians of Los Belgicos are working for Godfried Terwenhout. A great sprinter that could get a result or a win in one of the three sprint stages. If he gets more then one good result we could see this rider end up high in the General Classification.
  
   Silencio
  
  Detari Catalin is the top sprinter for Silencio. With many victories already this rider knows how to win races. We should keep an eye on him in stage two an three and he could be more then happy if he does well there. No real chance in the General Classification but, we believe Silencio will be fine if he wins one or two stages.
  
   MrMediocre
  
  Boris Rokeloos is the best sprinter for MrMediocre and we believe this is the forth team that is new to stage races. Boris Rokeloos should be able to finish high and even try to get a result in the Youth Classification. Why not win it when they are at it.
  
   Larouster
  
  Final team is Larouster from Albania. This team is also new for many people and they are in it because they can. They have no real rider that could qualify as a captain but we will see them in front because they should break away. And if they do, they can win every stage.
