   Alpe d`Huez Classic
The first classic of the season is that classical race on the mother all mountains. With twenty-one hairpins to pass this is really a race for the most tough climbers in the peloton.
This season we saw some familiar faces at the start and some new, rising, stars. In the end it was the experience of NECFTW manager Noppes that made him win this race for the third time.

   Classico di Siracusa
In Sicily many teams from division five came together for their annual highlight when you have sprinters in your team. The Classico di Siracusa always gives a great race in a beautiful setting. This year was no exeption and when the riders where heading towards the end all sprinters where in front. The team of URSS positioned their captain very well and took home the trophy to Kazakhstan.

   Ainet - Bruggen
When you say climbs you will say the Alps. And

the Austrian Alps are host to a great race. From Ainet to Bruggen the riders will have to climb three mountains before the final ascent in Bruggen. That final climb usually sees many riders drop and only a small group can maintain the pace upfront. This year it was WalrusPT who came very prepared and snatched a great win and got a nice trophy.

   Budapest Meeting Point
Budapest, the city that is divided in two, again hosts their fourteenth race. The cobbles are known for rambling the riders apart and let only the strongest survive. Team Brisbane Tigers where the most lucky ones as their riders suffered no mechanical set back and that was the foundation of a great win.

   Roubaix Classic
The roads in northern France are terrible and some of them are paved with cobbles also. But this brings us great cycling and there will be history made here, always. This time the Asian team Asymm Project was victorious with their great cobble specialist. Will he again be prepared to risk his tour ambition and defend his title next year?
