A few days ago Anastasio Pineda managed to get an amazing 8th place. Read our previous press release for details. (http://www.cyclingsimulator.com/?page=Press%20Release&team=SprintingKings&article=6998)
Due to his good prestation he gained the blessing of our coach and he was allowed to ride for own succes again in the American timetrail Tilden TX - ITT. And suprisingly he came in 8th. Offcourse the level of competition wasn't very high but it was still a great result for this unskilld youngster.
After this prestation the coach stepped to our scouting team and told them Pineda deserved to be better researched and so he was. After intensive research and training for a few days the head of scouting came back with a very possitive report. He stated: "If I am right this young spanish rider could be a great cobbler, we also discovered he has some sort of luck or skill that makes him a winner."
After this conclusion it was not hard for the coach to convince the management to extend Pinedas contract from intern to permanent rider.
We see a bright future in front of this young fellow and we hope SprintingKings will be a big part of that.
Pineda has also received a new nickname form his team mates, they call him mister Lucky let's hope he will be!
