  The manager has mixed feelings about entering the Top Division. ,,I'm very glad we made it into the best Division of all, however Silencio does not have the budget nor the number of riders to take on the gloves against teams with 20 trained riders, we'll expect to return to the second division soon enough.''

  Seems like the economy update came right in time.
