Chris Wayman has expressed his disappointment with his squad after a lackluster performance in Belguim. "We should have done better, we should have held the train longer for Dell so he could have been in a better position for the sprint up to the line."
Wayman aslo confirmed that he had let Andrew Herniman go for a record British fee of 130k to Swedish team EkerSvarvarna. "The Cylcing Director bought him over my head, I was not very happy at the time. However, we sat down together and after 3 hours of explaination that we are a team of sprinters and not climbers he saw sense and let me sell Andrew. We wish him all the best and hope that he will do well in Sweden."
Cway Racing's team manager however would not comment on romours coming from the Team's hotel in Ostend. A local newspaper has reported a story coming from a bus boy at the hotel. He has said that once the team made it back to the hotel Wayman let rip and went into a mad rage at the performace. Wayman is alleged to have thrown a bike pump at Chris Dell which has hit him in the head. It is also alleged that Aldrich Steiger has a broken rib after Wayman threw a bag with the team kit at him.

Eker you gonna have to pick your races right to get wins and get the right team behind him.
I was also very surprised when I found out Dell's result. I was sure he would end up among the nine at least.
We had to clean out the team's pension fund to buy Andrew, we are therefore very interested in him bringing in some results (and money) for the team. He will get full support from the team.
I think the biggest would be Nick buying K. Hakkon (250k?)
Yeah I had to look a long way down the standings to find you. Big shock. Once Chris cools down he has next season.
So that's what Cway stands for.
Don't worry about the worlds. Every race I feel like throwing a bike pump at my team leader at the moment!!
130k is a rather nice pay day too. Anyone have any ideas what the OCM record transfer fee is? The most I have paid is only about 80k for a rider
