We were doing our regular business of hiring slaves and then throwing them back out to the wolves for a profit. However there was this Russian guy who always came late for knitting duty in our slave factory, so we decided to lend him a rusty bike. What we actually came to realise is that he was a rather talented cyclist. He is from the country of Finz, so we dont really know what kind of dirty business he's been into and neither do we wish to know.
Considering he is Russian, we're not entirely sure what to do with him. He could be a spy or saboteur from Finz, so we havent decided if we want to take the risk of training him.

I just scout a handful of em. He's the first one Ive scouted myself that has proven to be a quality talent. Endre Ødegaard 210+ hillsp, Delrico Gumy 210+ sp and Milo van Someren 200+ sp are amongst those who have slipped through my fingers.
Maybe the best thing you have to do is to sell him to me... I have a certain tradition with russian sprinters. They behave "nice" here in Portugal.
