The road less traveled is what can be said of my team the last few seasons...Experimenting with every type of team in OCM , except a consistent team... We have had some success with this approach , but in the end it has lead to stagnation and the constant demand to replace older riders with marginally younger riders.
However this will be no more in the next season or two. The plan is simple really , join the darkside (timetrial) and build around that core.
With 2 or 3 riders who will have to be replaced in the next 2 seasons the team will remain tt centric. This commitment has also been bolstered by Aarin investing in some much needed equipment. THis will however not be enough to succeed...
Some riders may be replaced , no upgraded with better ones , but they will be tt'ers or maybe hillers ; ) . But 60+ in tt will be a prerequisite. As for the replacing , if all goes to plan these young talents will bolster the long term plan.

The two tt'ers will likely be our initial focus , however initially all riders will be trained equally , hopefully just maybe but probably not , they all reach at least 48 avg

Afonso has the better starting stats , but Coehlo should he max high can be a nice asset for tour tt's...Conzaga is also similar to Afonso ?
And I actually liked Afonso, very similar to Trujillo.
It would always work in the way you are forming the TT team.
