The team was officially formed during S32, as a response to the severe weakening of Portugal teams(only 2 teams in the top 3 divisions). But it didn't take off and was on hold; the riders were obliged to ride with training wheels and without gears, since they're were still under contract. As a consequence their experience suffered slightly.
Then Felix Wenner - who had recently been out of a job after Rigana didn't renew his contract - was vacationing in Algarve, when he met our manager who, after a night of adventures which culminated in a fight to the death with smuggler in the Mediterranean sea, convinced him into joining the team.
And so day 43, Season 33 the team started competing.
The team will focus on Portuguese riders and riders from Portuguese speaking countries. But is open to every nationality.
When training, each 5 trained riders cycle must follow this directives:
-2 
-2 From the following countries: ,, ,, , , and
-1 Foreigner
Long Term Objectives:
- Win Volta ao Porto with a Portuguese rider
- Nº1 team in Portugal
- Have the Portuguese National Champion in a given Season.
