As such, being kind of a late bloomer and directly joining in the Top Division, Vale has been a good and loyal teammate who seldomly requested opportunities for his own, but who would become a part of legendary and high-ranking teams.
After his stint with Yuri SuperTeam, he left Europe and went to Mexico for a change of scenery and to ride for TeamQuetzal in the middle of Season 55. After a short time in lower leagues in Central America, he returned to Portugal and joined Vitória FC in Season 56 and Division C. Having been a crucial part of their leadout, he took an offer to try himself in the ZYTE-Division and CARO BIKE TEAM in Season 58.
After Season 59 he decided to quit top level-cycling and joined lower leagues with legendary TeamTVM, where he got his first Podiums at the Tocapilla Street Race, Latina-Terracina and Kluczborg-Brzeg. After a season in France, he crossed the border once again to the rough motherland of cycling and joined Foxtrot Farmers Frieten in Flanders. He played a crucial part in building structures of this new Team and Manager Pierre Levomir. Arsénio was a crucial part in FFFs leadout-train until his last day as a professional rider, which he exemplified by finishing third behind his teammate Rudy Aelemans and Jayden Planting in Chomutov - Teplice #53. On Day 44 of Season 62, Arsénio Vale finished his professional career and decided to retire from Racing.
