This time trial, contested at Port Moresby is across 31km. Port Moresby TT is a flat individual time trial race all the way through. The only climbs on the stage have no importance at all. This race begins at the Royal Papua Yacht Club and heads inland and towards the National Botanical Gardens, this is where the riders will turn around and head southwards to Boroko Drive and pass the Port Moresby International High School. From here the riders will start to head west towards Walter Bay. The riders will hit Ela Beach Road where this race concludes at Ela Beach,where the crowds will line the street awaiting the arrival of each rider.
