1 2 Cycle, archive XV

Written by 1 2 Cycle at 10:06 26/1-2016

What is it with division 1?! I had a great streak in division 2 one result after the other, won 2 jerseys in less than a half season. Couldn’t go better and without super legs and such. But from the moment I reached division 1 all the successes made an immediate stop, 15th, 17th are the new finishing places……

So what is it with division one, this has happened before, in fact it always does but why? Are it the races who every time I am in division 1 are more TQ based then FR, is my equipment not good enough, is my team not good enough, are my tactics not good enough, am I not good enough… or is there a division 1 curse on 1 2 Cycle?

  What’s going on……

FR is more important than TQ in top div

1 2 Cycle at 08:13 27/1-2016
True TS is low atm :) Turners xp does suck but because of his age it didn't matter much yet (turning 28yrs). Gijp should definitely be good enough. However I always run into TQ sprinting races in D1 (not so good for Gijp), that's just bad luck because I know there are FR sprinting races, somewhere lol. Thanks for the feedback! Will firstly get TS back up!

V02maXXers at 21:26 26/1-2016
Kremer is right. And 2nd div is very easy. Won there with off days and such. Level in top div is very high in comparison; especially in sprinting. You have to keep TS of your riders 85% and higher and you have to mind age-exp ratio of your riders. Lambert should be good enough.

Kremer at 14:25 26/1-2016
Improve your TS for above 80% for your lead-outs. Turner experience lvl sux, he seems to be useless for top division for me. I always sucked in SP races, so I can't give you advice about tactics, but your SP captain seems good enough to finish in top9 in top division.
