Koloda Tsyganova proves to be in good fitness

After only 12 km of Copa Ciclismo Campeche (U23), 2 riders got away from the peloton, which had a hard time cooperating. The two riders, Koloda Tsyganova (TeamSchäfer) and Quinn Bistrup (The Champs), kept increasing their lead and it seemed like it would no end take. Late in the race, too late, the peloton started speeding up, but the victory was already in the hands of the two break awayers. When the finishing line was near, Koloda Tsyganova and Quinn Bistrup had a small chat before starting the sprint. Koloda Tsyganova launched the sprint, but Quinn Bistrup quickly passed him by looking as the winner. As Quinn Bistrup thought the victory was his, Koloda Tsyganova made an amazing come-back and managed to be the first rider of Copa Ciclismo Campeche (U23) to cross the finishing line.
As the peloton got near the end of the stage, another rider (Bruno Incalcaterra from Nibali) tried his luck for the third place. He safely created a small gap between him and the peloton, which was just enough for him to claim the third place.
TeamSchäfer's Koloda Tsyganova was happy for the win. Today was me and my team's day. This win is not only important for me, but also for the team! said Koloda Tsyganova.
The manager of TeamSchäfer was proud of his rider today. Koloda Tsyganova has been training and preparing himself for this race. It's an important victory - both for Koloda Tsyganova but also for the team.
