Target Priority

Written by Spin Doctors at 15:20 5/11-2021

A run down (potentially to be added to) about targets for my climbers/hillers in division 1 & 2 to help focus and decide what to do next!

Essex Tour GC - Time may be running out for Hubert Philibert to win this. Would lead to Lowlander Achievement.
  [Season 59 - 3rd]

Volta ao Porto YC - Would complete GC/SC/YC set. Jeremy O'Pizan would be eligible for season 60 or 61.
[Update - Achieved with O'Pizan in Season 59.]

Vuelta de los Castillos GC - Would complete GC/SC/YC set
No clear options. Possibly Bernard Cowell would be the best hope, but likely to be undone in TT.
  [Season 59 - 4th]

Germany Tour YC Would complete GC/SC/YC set. Jeremy O'Pizan might target this but difficult to reconcile with div 2 targets.
[Update - Achieved with O'Pizan in Season 59.]

Alpe d`Huez Classic - Bernard Cowell will try in top form in a few days. May try and tie in with future WC RR attempt. Would lead to Alpine Goat Achievement.
  [Season 59 - 12th]

World Championships - A new target esecially after a frustrating mechanical issue for Bernard Cowell yesterday.
[Season 59 - Achieved with Cowell]

I like the Don - WC - Alpe combo for Cowell, that's not something you see often done. He should be head and shoulders favourite for the first 2, and good enough for a top10 in Alpe. I wouldn't drop for Porto YC and stay on course with the Div.1 targets.

Universal Soup at 15:32 5/11-2021
Good luck! (esse)X marks the target, as they say.
