Season 45, our first full season, has brought us unexpectedly in to division 4. We were predicting to not get too many points and thus stay in div 5 for a while. However fate decided differently. Now that we are here anyway our goal is to stay here and try to compete for the RotM SC midseason and building further on our New Zealand / Australian team.
Goals

Team Presentation
Now that our third season, the second full season has started it's time to present our team for the current season. It's a young squad that still has potential to grow further.
Captain
Will Morrow is our captain. He is a youth prospect from our starting team and has maxed his SP FR TQ and HL stats ( and maybe overall ). If he is not totally maxed yet his TT will be trained which has average potential, just like his CL and DH.
Lead outs
Willy Howlett The nestor of our start team, still a useful 184p lead out SP and will thus be used as such. Having coached as road captain last season and captained some races he has prepared our current captain for his job.
Jorge Rambo Neyra Washed ashore last season via the Hire List, from Peru and a good 183p LO SP / LO 2
Rodney Lowe Bought via the forums, for a 100k to improve our lead out train. We are very happy with Lowe, a 183p LO SP.
Leroy Jonker Our first Australian lead out and trainee. Currently not at the proper level yet but has amazing potential for the future.
Logan Brasher The second Australian lad in our team. Also a lead out and possible future captain.
Tyrone Pritchard 194p LO SP and future trainer of our team. Bought for 10k over RV at 45.111$. Currently still used as a lead out but should be replaced in the future.
Zachary Baxter Used as a LO (WC) and has decent potential in the future. Despite his age we might train him some more to help us on the flat roads. This however depends on the other trainees who will have priority.

DP Trading
To keep a steady flow of cash income we currently have four DP trainees, which might be upgraded to 5 or maybe 6 in the future. So some can do jobs if others have to race with the trainees and left overs.
