Isac Tingmann is kind of a cycling fairytale. The danish powerhouse never possessed much talent as a young rider, but what he lacked in talent, he made up for in determination and hard work. Born in the small danish town of Føns on the island Funen, Tingmann learned his time trial skills on the road to school. As the years passed, he got more and more interested in cycling and after his confirmation, he spend all his money on a brand new bike and a membership to a local cycling club.
When joining NCCC at age 23, no one really expected much from him, but one guy saw some potential and took him under his wing. That guy was former danish NT rider Jesper Juhl and he became Tingmann's mentor. 2 years after his professional debut, Tingmann got his first victory by winning Berlin Zeitfahrt. A win that would kickstart a great cycling career, one that would even surpass his mentors.

At the age of 36 and after 13 years on the road, Isac Tingmann has decided to end a long and successful career. A professional career that started and ended at NCCC. Tingmann also spend one year at The Dutchies, before returning to Denmark and joining Rooney17 on a 2 year contract.
