The riders start next to the Western Dvina River and then continue towards the town center from where they start the last part of the 39km stage uphill to Jurjeva Horka a big wood on top of a hill.
This is where the exhausted riders finish, the lucky one who manages to win may participate in the big excessive party thrown by local captains of industry afterwards. No need to say there will be plenty of beautiful east-european women around.
