With two tough and steep climbs, the course from Tolmin to Vrsic is no piece of cake even for the best climbers. Narrow streets in old cities in the heart of The Julian Alps and poor asphalt up the climbs make the race even harder. Technically skilled riders will be dominating on this track. The last climb is the longest and steepest, 13 km with the slope of nearly 8 % and total elevation of 980 m.

Description
The terrain in Tolmin - Vrsic includes many steep and hard climbs and has very hard downhills. The terrain includes a few hills and has only a few flat roads. The finishing of the stage is a very steep tough climb giving many possibilities for the best climbers in the peleton. The route is pretty technical.
