The route will pass the parks of Odense and will follow the Vindegade around the old city until Odense castle is in sight. From here the technique of the riders is tested as they must twist and turn through the old streets. The riders finally finish near the birth house of Hans Christian Andersen, the world famous writer. In the end Saint Canute will look down and send his blessing to the victor.
