The terrain in Gateway to Sagarmatha includes many very steep and hard climbs and has a few incredibly hard downhills. The terrain hardly includes any hills and has no flat distances. The stage ends on a small and easy climb. The finishing climb never gets steep. The route isn't technical at all.
