Yuri SuperTeam Top Transfers

Written by Yuri SuperTeam at 17:32 7/6-2017

  Hello guys,
Yesterday I decided to look back at my team history and I've tried to analyze the team's transfers. During the process, I've got some technical difficulties for 2 reasons: Firstly, not all the riders that represented YST at some stage are shown on the Search list. I've had to look back at some very old spreadsheets (like from 2011) to find some of the names. Some might have been missed. In addition to that, many many transfers have gone through PMs and the values are not on the transfer forum. Don't start judging me! In the past you didn't had to announce your private deals, so I have no access to those values.
  Still, here are the results:
  Number of signings: 83 riders
% of known transfer values: 61%
Total amount spent on direct transfers: 10,731 M$
  Top 5 signings:
  1. Norway Øystein Ottesen (Elmeros) - 950k (2nd biggest transfer in OCM)
  2. Portugal Sebastião Cesário (Andeby) - 900k (6th biggest transfer in OCM)
  3. Japan Tadaki Ko (Hommerts Cycling Team) - 855k (10th biggest transfer in OCM)
  4. Netherlands Gert Sijmonds (Ursus RT) - 540k
  5. France Perceval Lasalle (Pink Piyama) - 430k

Number of sold riders: 84 riders
% of known transfer values: 77%
Total amount spent on direct transfers: 8,491 M$
  Top 5 sold riders:
  1. Norway Øystein Ottesen (Men of Steel) - 450k
  2. Netherlands Gert Sijmonds (Monkeys United) - 400k
  3. France Vivian Lasalle (Jonas Pro Cycling) - 390k
  4. France Perceval Lasalle (Team Tirilla) - 375k
  5. Sweden Herbert Landberg (Super Velo) - 350k

Biggest buyer (in terms of money transferred):

Number of transferred riders (in+out): 167 riders
% of known transfer values: 69%
  Accumulated: - 2,239 M$
