And here we go everyone, the final article with the definitive potencial from Hermano Montenegro! Is he a potencial sprinter? A hilly sprinter? A TTer? Or a flop?
Are you ready? HERE WE GO!!!
Name: Hermano Montenegro
Age: 20 years
Birthday: Day 67
Team Spirit: 88%
Experience: Level 1
Top form ready
Average Skill: 32
FR: Very Good
OH YEAH, a 230+ TTer with good HL (200+ HL Sprinter)! We found ourselfs our own PORTUGUESE Montelbano! Now it's time to pray for a high max.
Spin Doctors came the closest on getting his potencial correct 2 days ago.
Now the question is "how to train him"?
This is what I'm considering:
- FR to the max (at least he becomes a windbreaker)
- TT to the max (already a more or less good TTer)
- HL or TQ still not sure...
What do you guys suggest? Sad for his high SP... WIll be very hard to max everything... But we have hope :)

Very nice. I'd go FR,TT,TQ,HR for windbreaker, LO1, Awsome TTer, Essex/Cymru Monster depending on where he maxes!
This is a no brainer, you go for TT and hope he doesn't "almost" make it like Thomas Perkins on my team when he decided to stop training at a 48 avg. Which is nice but it wasn't by any means up to his "full" potentials. (Better than a flop I guess and I'm not complaining.) Good luck.
Maybe even stop training tt at 93. First race training point is almost free most of the times. After 93-94 then tt center.
Really great one+ age + starting stats.
Would go for tq. Monster in all tt races hill is only a little bit important for first stage in Essex. Not for the TT.
Hopefully he can get some TQ too, so he is a better TTer. But yes, if Essex is the goal: TT-FR-HL + hopefully some TQ. Remember to stop TT training at 94. The last 5 points to 99 you get when TT center him.
In that case I would go for HL :)
I don't "believe" on TTers winning NL Tour hehe
Nice rider! :) TQ+SP if u want a NL Tour rider or HL if u want Essex Tour rider.
