Season 49:
In season 49 our team turned into a stable division 5 team. That is according to what the manager had in mind. Riders have been trained and the Hill team has been improving. All this has been done while keeping the Vietnamese only identity for our riders in tact. So all in all it was a good season.
Unfortunately the other Vietnamese manager that was active has been closed down due to cheating. Therefore the talent pool for Vietnamese riders will be smaller. However this will not deteriorate the determination of the manager to keep the team a Vietnamese only team. It does put dents into the NT ambition the manager has and those plans will be stalled for a while.
Season 50:
Our goal is to keep training talents for the hill team.
Huynh Ngoc That will continue to be trained ( maxed on CL and HL ) in FR (small) and TT (good) to be hopefully ready for the Season 51 Cesko-Slovensky Pohar Cup in division 6.
After that Anh Sang Cuc will be trained in HL (Good ) to promote him from Water Carrier to Hill helper. If his CL and FR will be trained ( both Small ) is yet to be determined.
There are no goals race wise for this season. Just keep in division 5, gather training money and drop to div 6 at Season 51 for the Cup.
Excess money will be put into staff to improve the team's performance.

Your hillers will constantly earn some price money I‘d say. And of course your talent feature has to be nice to you ;-)
Thanks. I was lucky though to have enough hill helpers in my start team even though my main talent maxed early. Are you going to keep 2 nationalities or slowly merging into 1?
I like your team, it‘s very difficult to get a competitive team with only riders from a small country. Keep your good work up! :-)
