It was a really long day at the office for Ebbe Spas today, when The Moon Sports newspaper said hello for an interview.
The legendary, crazy Div. I/II elevator Manager worked as hell. Why? With his two main captains injured, Spas had to come up with new plans for Team Formand United!
- The two injuries struck like a lightning. Super versatile downhill Cap Pio has really done well with a tight, hardcore training and race schedule. But both him and Calatrava went on long term injuries, and we fell into Division II again. Sad, eh?
- My idea is now to focus on the same types of races upgrading their SDs and trying out new arenas. I cannot reveal super much. My mouth is closed with a sesame magic formula, he said to us.
- The arenas will hopefully open up new opportunities for us. The injuries really killing all hope for a second. Our new young SD Teodor was no. 9 at the YC at a recent Tour and did a Top 10 also. That's hope, but not enough. I hope we will get back on top soon..
