Just a few days after his debut as an SD, 23 year old ultra climber Lauro Falco rode yet another great race in topform.
Medellin - Paramo Frontino looked like a favorite terrain, and the Italian Stallion showed his great potential in front of the Colombian TV viewers. Some breakaway riders couldn't keep up the pace, and Falco punished them for real.
He secured his victory without problems after a counter attack, that could resemble something from the repetoire of Jonas Vingegaard. The Captain of Team Formand United almost sprinted on a steep climb like it was a game.
- I just love racing and really enjoyed this steep terrain. Was a little suprised that it went so easy today. Wasn't so tired as expected although I rode a race two days ago, the Stallion said to the press.
- Our young hero really surprised again today. After a few magic drops from my medicine collection, he could keep up the great effort and win today. What a day, Ebbe Spas, Team Manager, laughed.
