Team Formand United's young ultraclimber Lauro Falco got a surprising 4th spot in his debut as a captain in Div. 3 this week.
The mountain ride of Vuelta Huesca was a success for the 23 year old Italian, that was satisfied with his performance.
"I haven't captained before and am not at all finished in training for big races or the pro carrier as such. God praise Lady Maria of our mother church in Pisso Paolo in Italy. And my Team Manager that saw my potential early and paid for my training right after finding me on free transfer."
It was no surprise though to Ebbe Spas to see a top performance from his young gem - the Vingegaard of his team.
"We haven't used Falco as a captain before and I wasn't sure what I got today. Though it was no surprise to me to see him fetch a fourth spot in the race. He has utterly nice skills in climbing, and I promise that he will be our new Vingegaard! Falco has not even finished his main training and still has lots to learn. He gets a part of our Ferrari training program now with the other captains and Barney Rice, the master prepper that Bjarne Riis originally trained!"
