Touring Around

Written by TD rockets at 23:19 13/4-2019

Raimundo Frota shot into the lead of Norway tour and into the leaders jersey heading into the final TT and mountain stage. He landed in 2nd on GC after losing some time in the final stages. Frota then headed to Russia, as a shot at Perm Tour awaited. After some solid stages, he rode aggressively in the king stage followed by a decent TT. He ended 4th in GC!!
Frota is proving himself as a tour threat. Next up is the Vuelta a Valparaiso, will the man in the Portuguese national jersey be able to fire the rockets into the top places again?
