Oboyle's chance and fresh meat.

Written by Spin Doctors at 12:25 12/7-2017

Ridley Oboyle: Excellent LO1 definitely, flat road specialist perhaps but Div1 sprint captain perhaps not?

In signing up Oboyle in top form for Vuelta de los castillos the team had mediocre expectations but in coming back with a win, a second place and 2nd in the SC Ridley can be proud. With more races to come in top form and a win in Route van de Deltawerken this could be a break through season for him, and may lead to more opportunities to captain as he reaches his best years. Ridley enjoyed the paved section in stage 1 of the Vuelta that his next challenge is Bastogne - Hasselt where he better drop the cobblers on the flat because he'll be demolished on the pavé otherwise.

In other news our talent scout has found this young and versatile rider. We are hoping for a decent LO2 at worst, a good LO1 hopefully and just possibly a half decent hilly TTer/sprint tour rider for the future.
