As Season 72 for our team already comes to an end, we have to acknowledge that it has been a rather disappointing campaign. Despite some individual efforts, the team failed to gain momentum, and unfortunately, no clear progress was made throughout the season.
Looking ahead, we're focused on building for the future. Our goal is to scout a new climbing leader who can grow into a key role over time, rather than deliver immediate results. Alongside this, we aim to bring in three time trial specialists to help complete the core of our team and improve our all-round performance.
We’re entering Season 73 with a long-term vision and renewed determination to develop a stronger foundation.
To our fellow managers: how do you manage to consistently find strong riders on the market? Any scouting tips or strategies would be greatly appreciated.

Yss, if there is some downhill as well. So very good climbing and average downhill can make a good climber and/or team mate
Thanks! In other words: very good at climbing would be good enough to train as well?
Good luck with building a stronger foundation! It takes some patience indeed.
I train my possible captains myself. Team mates are bad trainees and riders I buy from the forum.
I usually do not train the best potential riders. But sometimes someone pops up during scouting.
