Bordano, Romanian land

Written by Bilal at 17:27 4/3-2025

Today Simon Olaru has won in an impressive manner the 64th edition of Bordano GP. Ok, it is a good result, but Simon Olaru has proved many times that he can produce good performances and get on the podium. He even won some races before, this was his 8th.

What makes it more interesting is that it is the 4th win of a Romanian rider coming from Bilal (which is spectacular, because we rarely get wins in div 3). The legendary (for us) Gregorian Jurca won this 27 seasons ago, but so did Eugen Popete and even Vali Trica in his early career (six seasons ago). Today Trica was demoted to simple team mate and only got over the line in 14th place.

So I dub Bordano as a Romanian land, since it is quite generous with our riders.
