  Deschamps took 3rd place at the BD Aalborg Gadeløb, while van Eijken finished a solid 5th.

  The course for the BD Aalborg Gadeløb features no climbs and only slight descents, with many very long, flat sections. The finish invites a fierce sprint that puts the riders' sprinting abilities to the test. The course is extremely technical.
