This was a record breaking season for the team with 17 results! I know many managers constantly score much more each season, but I havent had more than 15 results ever before (and I am here really long already).
Perhaps this just means I am just a bad manager, but ok, let it be - I play my own weird way, I dont do transfers, I trained all my riders, I now even have a white-red only squad! Yay for the weirdo managers!!! :-)
Last season was also great in terms of jerseys: Niklas Poppinger got his 2nd in a row national jersey for Austria, but more importantly we have added to our palmares a Vuelta de los Castillos YC jersey thanks to Daniel Bell! Previous jersey was in S53, so a long wait for that one...
Now, looking ahead, we have a new set of trainers, slighlty weaker overall than previous 3 guys, but still decent ones who should cover whole spectrum of skills.
We have finally bought on day 1 our long lasting trainee from talent feature who was sitting there for ages! I think he would be 25 or 26 already if that age would tick in the backend :D But with the miracle of OCM he is now 19 and ready to be trained as a climber.
As for the goal - as usual - I dont put pressure on myself or my riders and will take whatever comes our way, but we will try to focus on YC in tours for Daniel Bell, Chennai-Pondicherry for Rafal Ambroziak and usual DH/CB races.
