This was not a season I expected. The results came from races which we didnt target, while in the ones we thought we are strong - we have failed. Overall 2 wins and 6 results, dropping from div 1 to div 2 and finishing with nearly 0 cash in the bank. But let's try to look at the positives...
It all started well with Kajetan Krawczyk finishing 8th in Roubaix and 7th GC in TvA. Sadly he didnt manage to get any other results, even though he finished 6 times in top 5 in other races! Still he was the strongest scorer in the team with 670pts.
The 2 wins we had were a result of a fantastic San Francisco time trial from the 34yo Denis Halas (240pts) and a succesful breakaway in first stage of Vuelta de los Castillos from our young TT trainee Konrad Antonowicz (260pts).
Few other points were added by Georg Alfke (260pts), Nick Funder (only 190pts!!! ugh...) as well as Jonatan Edvard (80pts), Heribert Baumert (60pts) and Mike Ottoman (50pts). Mike ended up his season with an injury while being in top form, so this was especially depressing season for him.
Considering the above we can only hope next season will be better. We have high expectations from our current trainee, Latvian hiller Haralds Cukurs and we still hope the Dh team will do better. And if they dont, then hopefully some other riders surprise us with unexpected results...

Hard to say why Nick wasn‘t better, hopefully that changes this season. You should be back on podium in DH-races. Good luck!
Good luck in season 63!
