This was an interesting season for sure.
We were happy to participate in 3 tours, though with mixed success: Denis Halas finished 5th in Volta ao Porto and 12th in Vuelta de los Castillios and Yannis van Haershot finished 8th in a bugged Vuelta a Valparaiso. In total team got 3 wins and 11 results which is a more less standard achievement for us.
The best rider in the team was Yannis van Haershot with 566pts with 1 win and 4 results, including 2nd place in Ainet-Bruggen classic and already mentioned 8th in GC in Vuelta a Valparaiso. We will be changing our team jersey to reflect Belgian colors on it, as a form of our gratitude to his performance.
Quite a lot have happened in terms of the riders in the team. Firstly, Orlando Kacciavurian has retired at 38 yo, after spending 17 seasons wiht the team. Orlando was the rider who took the capitancy role in the Downhill races after Eleonor Berka and he finished his career with 5 wins and 17 results. For a long time we have been searching for a new DH captain and this season we have trained two DHers, Kurt Qvist and Maximiliano Caetano, however they both maxed early at AV38 only.
But the team is still looking baldly to the future, as we have found a talent who looks to be very promising. Just after we complete triaining Dinis Pardo, a Portugeese all rounder stolen from the scouts of YuriSuperTeam, we will start training Nick Funder, our new secret DH weapon.
All the best in the next season to all our readers: stay safe and see you on the road!

Thanks guys! I try to have a bit unusual riders, as only this way I can have an edge over super strong teams with super equipment on some of the less usual race profiles.
Fun to have a somewhat unusual rider as Yannis score good points!
Good luck next season!
Even though you don‘t have extraordinary results you’re comfortably in div2, which shows how good you are!
Good luck in season 55!
And I truly hope you trainees will max high!
To be honest, I was surprised at Yannis´ performance in Vuelta. But then I was surprised with Gusto´s as well. It was a weird tour indeed. GL in the next season!
