Hello there, welcome to the most exciting moment of the season, when we all take a look back on what had happened in the last 90 days of Cycling.
Our tradition for bad season starts remains intact. Plus a little bit of bad luck or neglect, affecting Medgaard Sønderby the most. His Top form was accidentally triggered in the only racing window with no SP/HLSP, resulting in a major loss of points or better rewards the team could have earned in another part of the calendar.
The best (and unexpected) news of the season was the final arch of redemption for Lindbergh. Meant to be a captain when he arrived, he ended up serving other less technical, slower team mates. Using Down Under Tour to train, the Norgewian cyclist finally shook off his shoulder his infamous reputation of almost winner and made his best season, including the first jersey of D2 for the team.
For this coming season, we have a record of riders in break, with up to five! So our small hopes of having a super start for once in a new season will have to wait another year. Sønderby, King, Pinhal (another rider with good performance), De Fauw and Lindbergh will get a good rest in order to recharge energies for this new season that is about to begin.
The training department for our U23 Academy was 100% successful, with new local talent Caers joining the regular racing squad. Griffith (from another academy) and Feitosa will be the next cyclists that will visit our training facilities to improve their skills.
After 324 races with the team and almost 400 overall, Spanish cyclist Rodas Lima retired before the end of the season. A severe fall in a descend while riding in a break away race resulted in an ankle fracture. He tried his best to finish the season but considering his 37 years old and the uncertainty on how he would perform after rehab, forced his decision to retire. The staff and team mates wished all the best for his total dedication. Manager Williamson filled his spot offering to Italian cyclist Fanucchi a contract for the second half of S73 and S74.
Time to check our captain’s performance throughout the season.

Right now we aren't negotiating with hehehe, our concern is more with De Fauw, after this season with few to none chances to lead.
What is Sonderby demanding in contract negotiations ? One last big payday awaits
