Teodor Sandberg launched the sprint in Helsinki GP Mini, though he wasn't able to follow up when Xalbador Varela and Alfred Zwolinski rushed by. The victory ended safely in the hands of Xalbador Varela who proudly lifted his arms high. About the length of a wheel behind him came Alfred Zwolinski claiming the second place. Teodor Sandberg, who started the drama, ended up third on the stage.
My legs felt good today, so when the end was near, I gave it everything I had, said Xalbador Varela after winning Helsinki GP Mini. My team supported me well, they helped me sitting in the perfect position for a sprint.
Zalom's manager, Gonzalo Melero, was satisfied after the result in Helsinki GP Mini. Xalbador Varela did very well today. Everything turned out as we planned it, and Xalbador Varela had the power to win, said the manager.
