Happy Cody Dunham after first win

Many climbs, a sunny day and several attacks shaped the race in Toussiana - Bobo-Dioulasso. One after another, the riders tried to break away from the main group, though no one could succeed.
When the final climb was near, BerbCyclingTeam and Atanas Delovski made sure no one could attack by setting a high tempo in the lead. At the end of the climb, only the strongest climbers were in front. With 1.5 kilometres to go, (Baileys Irish Cream) launched an attack, which Atanas Delovski (Alpinisti na Ohrid) and Cody Dunham (BerbCyclingTeam) easily countered.
Egerton Mangum lost Atanas Delovski's wheel when the sprint was launched, and Cody Dunham had a close sprint with Atanas Delovski. Cody Dunham was the fastest in the sprint, leaving Atanas Delovski only a few inches behind. Egerton Mangum, who had no power left for the sprint, secured his third place only 3 seconds later.
I'm happy the team picked me for the stage. I knew I could do it (win), and I wanted to prove it as well, said the happy winner who continued with a smile on his face: My preparations were perfect, I had a perfect day, and I won!.
The stage couldn't turn out any better than this. Cody Dunham did a perfect job today, said Berbelucha, manager of BerbCyclingTeam, after the race.
