First win for Ronni Lütthers

Many climbs, a sunny day and several attacks shaped the race in Chalatenango - Cerro El Pital. One after another, the riders tried to break away from the main group, though no one could succeed.
When the final climb was near, Innogy Pro Cycling and Ragnvald Brink made sure no one could attack by setting a high tempo in the lead. At the end of the climb, only the strongest climbers were in front. With 1.5 kilometres to go, (Innogy Pro Cycling) launched an attack, which Ragnvald Brink (Innogy Pro Cycling) and Ronni Lütthers (Innogy Pro Cycling) easily countered.
Ingemann Voss lost Ragnvald Brink's wheel when the sprint was launched, and Ronni Lütthers had a close sprint with Ragnvald Brink. Ronni Lütthers was the fastest in the sprint, leaving Ragnvald Brink only a few inches behind. Ingemann Voss, who had no power left for the sprint, secured his third place only 3 seconds later.
Ronni Lütthers was happy for his efforts today. It was a tough day today, but with the result of it, it suddenly feels like nothing. I'm so happy I won today. I didn't expect it at all, said the pleased winner.
Sam Henriksen, manager of Innogy Pro Cycling, was happy with the result: The whole team did well today. Everything turned out as we hoped, and luckily, Ronni Lütthers was the strongest rider out there today. The proud manager didn't hide that he was satisfied with Ronni Lütthers's result. Ronni Lütthers did well. No one deserved the victory more than him. He put his focus on this stage long ago, and he kept his motivation high. I'm happy for him and the team, said Sam Henriksen.
