Yasini Kazembe was the fastest rider in the peloton when Hwange - Victoria Falls was coming to an end. Yasini Kazembe speeded up and managed to get several meters ahead of the competitors in the ordinary sprint. Behind him was Noah Velasco, RCC, struggling with Bernt Didriksen from Bobadelense. Bernt Didriksen saw his competitor get across the finishing line only a few miliseconds before himself, while both of them could only watch while Yasini Kazembe raised his hands for the victory.
The Laboratory's Yasini Kazembe didn't hide his joy when winning the Hwange - Victoria Falls. It's incredible. I didn't expect this at all. I just wanted to try, I aimed for being 5th or 6th, but suddenly I was in the lead! said the happy winner.
The stage couldn't turn out any better than this. Yasini Kazembe did a perfect job today, said Doctor Fuentes, manager of The Laboratory, after the race.
