Team DSM had the race under control as Neath Nocturne was about to be terminated in a tough sprint. The supporting riders of Gabriel Pardee made the job easy for him, and he managed to claim the victory safely. He was hardly threatened by his competitors, Michel Pelsers, second, and Nemesio Santoyo, third.
Gabriel Pardee was happy for his victory in Neath Nocturne. I've trained a lot and aimed to win this race, and now suddenly it happened! said the satisfied winner.
The stage couldn't turn out any better than this. Gabriel Pardee did a perfect job today, said Guido Smits, manager of Team DSM, after the race.
