Emiliano Morsello's first stage win

The many climbs in Boa Vista GP didn't give any good ideas for the riders. No riders attacked the entire stage through. When the final climb was near, the strongest riders settled themselves in front of the peloton. Italia Corse took a confident lead, supporting Emiliano Morsello. The devistating tempo set by Italia Corse crushed rider by rider. When Emiliano Morsello ran out of supporting riders, he had only 3 other competitors to beat. One of them, Ekenedilichukwu Jakande (Bette Liverpool), launched a quick attack and managed to sit a lone in front for a short time. He only had Emiliano Morsello and Ronaldinho Sala (Bette Liverpool) behind him now. Ekenedilichukwu Jakande could not keep the tempo high, and eventually, both Emiliano Morsello and Ronaldinho Sala passed him by.
Ronaldinho Sala launched the sprint, but Emiliano Morsello outrunned him and became the winner.
I'm still in shock. When the attack started earlier today, I didn't expect to end up as winner, said the happy Italia Corse rider, Emiliano Morsello. Only at the very end, I realized that this could be my chance, and so it was.
It's good to see Emiliano Morsello fulfilling his ambitions winning this stage. He deserves the victory more than anyone else, said the proud manager of Italia Corse, Italo, and continued: The team was a good support for him (Emiliano Morsello) today, and he clearly proved his worth in the break away today.
