Only a few inches ahead of the other sprinters, Julian Lontscharitsch showed prosmising sprinting abilities. Right behind him, the two rivals, Matari Kwesele (Anonymous Cycling Project) and Vincent Kervel (Schiavi di Don), became second and third respectively.
As we got close to the finishing line, I suddeny realized I had my chance today said a surprised winner. When the other sprinters launched the sprint, I just followed along, and I even managed pass them in the end.
It's good to see Julian Lontscharitsch fulfilling his ambitions winning this stage. He deserves the victory more than anyone else, said the proud manager of Borussia Milano, ilgiuglio, and continued: The team was a good support for him (Julian Lontscharitsch) today, and he clearly proved his worth in sprint.
