plop cycling team had a perfect day after controlling the race in Lanark - Hamilton. The sprint was set perfectly for Arnfinn Nerland, who just had to sprint along and win when his team mates launched the sprint. It was a close race between Peder Esmark from JRJ and Arnfinn Nerland, though, Arnfinn Nerland's win was never really threatened.
My legs felt good today, so when the end was near, I gave it everything I had, said Arnfinn Nerland after winning Lanark - Hamilton. My team supported me well, they helped me sitting in the perfect position for a sprint.
The stage couldn't turn out any better than this. Arnfinn Nerland did a perfect job today, said plop, manager of plop cycling team, after the race.
