Nikolaj Nørgård shake-up

Early on the stage, five optimistic riders attacked on the first climbs of Mount Olympos - Limassol. They managed to keep a gap between them and the peloton until they reached the final climb. At the bottom of the climb, the group of favourites passed them. Rider by rider, they couldn't keep up with the tempo set by team oskar L hansen, who were supporting Harry Fjeld. Right behind the riders of team oskar L hansen was Nikolaj Nørgård and Klas Møller lurking. Harry Fjeld looked strong, and seemed to have a good day, but when Klas Møller launched an attack, only Nikolaj Nørgård could follow. Nikolaj Nørgård made a counter-attack and was suddenly alone in the front, as Harry Fjeld caught up Klas Møller once again. Nikolaj Nørgård secured his victory without problems, while Harry Fjeld was faster in the sprint than Klas Møller.
I'm happy the team picked me for the stage. I knew I could do it (win), and I wanted to prove it as well, said the happy winner who continued with a smile on his face: My preparations were perfect, I had a perfect day, and I won!.
The manager of Bensworld was proud of his rider today. Nikolaj Nørgård has been training and preparing himself for this race. It's an important victory - both for Nikolaj Nørgård but also for the team.
